PSA: Technician's personal signature in email notifications to customers
Including personal signatures in the email notifications for PSA tickets adds a human touch to automated messages, improving accountability, responsiveness, and overall customer experience.
Key Benefits
- Improved communication efficiency: ensures professionalism in every customer interaction and reduces the risk of inconsistent or off-brand emails.
- Improved customer experience: moves away from generic, “faceless” notifications and positions an MSP as a people-driven service, not just a helpdesk machine. Customers know exactly who to reach out to for follow-ups.
Supported Scenarios
Personal signatures will be inserted in notifications for the following events:
- Ticket creation or updates.
- Invoice issuance.
- Quote generation.
Note
Signatures are empty by default and must be configured manually.

PSA: Service desk email notifications for MSPs
To improve the overall productivity of MSP staff, this release introduces customizable email notifications for MSP technicians, so that they can choose which notifications to receive.
Key Benefits:
-
Enhanced productivity: timely email notifications keep technicians informed about new tickets and ticket changes, eliminating the need to manually check the system, thus enabling faster triage and helping meet initial response SLAs.
-
Personalized notifications: technicians can choose which ticket events to be notified about, ensuring they receive only relevant information and thus minimizing alert fatigue.
Supported Scenarios
- Technicians can update their own notification settings.
- When a customer creates a new ticket, the ticket is automatically assigned to a technician. The system notifies by email the assigned technician about the new ticket.
- When a customer updates an unassigned ticket, the system notifies by email all technicians about the ticket update.

PSA: Upfront billing for Acronis services based on actual usage
We improved the billing flexibility for monthly contracts and custom products.
Key Benefits
- Upfront contract billing: improves billing experience for monthly upfront contracts for Acronis services.
- System behavior before C25.10: contract line items should be invoiced together with automatically generated sales items for a previous month.
- System behavior after C25.10: contract lines items can be invoiced anytime for actual usage values.
-
Support of custom products for Acronis service billing: empowers MSPs to invoice their customers using their own product catalog, and enables pricing tiers for end customers as follows:
- System behavior before C25.10: only default Acronis products can be used for Acronis services billing with contracts.
- System behavior after C25.10: Acronis Cyber Cloud usage can be linked to partner's custom products and billed with contracts.
Supported Scenarios
- An MSP can bill customers upfront for an actual product usage via contracts.
- An MSP can bill customers for Acronis service usage by using custom products.

Cloud integrations: SIEM Connector 2.0
MSPs are evolving into MSSPs (Managed Security Service Provider): As MSPs expand their security offerings, SIEM tools are becoming essential. It is vital for our partners to consolidate security events from all vendors into a single, unified portal to meet customer expectations and improve operational efficiency. Our SIEM Connector 2.0 meets this need by enabling MSPs to monitor Acronis customer data into the SIEM platform of their choice.
Key Benefits
- Ensures compliance: Each customer tenant has an independent connection to a SIEM.
- Simplifies integration activation: Remove need for gateway server by providing easier connections by repurposing our agent.
- Extends data feed with event log data, custom alerts, EDR data, DLP Data, URL Filtering, and activities.
- Adds one more technical file data format - JSON.
- Filters out disabled tenants.
Supported Scenarios
- Simple user experience: the Connector is a part of the protection plans and uses the Acronis agent as a writer.
- Send Acronis data (Alerts, Events, Activities, Tasks) to a selected file location where they can be ingested by any SIEM platform.
- Ability to select between CEF and JSON file format.
