LLM AI-generated natural language explanations help you understand the behavior of the malicious process and enable you to take action faster. No personal data is transmitted to third-party vendors.
Licensing
Advanced Security +EDR pack required.
“Notify only” option for Antivirus, Antimalware, Active Protection, URL filtering and EDR detections
This release enables you to test Acronis security products on production environments with no business disruption, with notifications only sent for any detections from Antivirus & Antimalware, Active Protection, URL filtering, and EDR - but these detections will not be stopped, blocked or quarantined. This helps simplify the checks for any false positives to make the necessary exclusions, before fully deploying Acronis security products.
Licensing
All licenses.
Support for new operating systems
This release adds support for Red Hat and AlmaLinux 9. You will be able to protect Red Hat and AlmaLinux 9 workloads with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud functionality, including image backup, file backup and bare-metal recovery to dissimilar hardware.

Jamf Pro 1.2
This release fixes an issue where Extension Attributes in Jamf - used by the integration to report alerts - could have duplicate names if the alert types in Acronis had duplicate names. When mapping alerts to Extension Attributes, the integration will now enforce that Extension Attributes are unique. The Extension Attribute name can be edited to a custom name, which will have to be unique.

Changes in the Startup Rеcovery Manager
This update introduces changes to the Startup Recovery Manager that interfere with BitLocker if both BitLocker and Startup Recovery Manager are enabled on a protected Windows machine. When restarting the machine after an agent update (both manual or automated), the BitLocker recovery key is required.
To mitigate this issue, suspend or disable BitLocker before updating the agent. After the update, enable BitLocker again. See product documentation.

Known issues and limitations
Backup
- [ABR-330402] The Cyber Protection console does not display a message for incompatible Acronis Cyber Infrastructure storage version when enabling immutable storage from Settings > System settings > Immutable storage. The message is correctly shown only in the Management portal.
- [ABR-354085] Executing a protection plan via the Run now button may produce incremental backups instead of full ones. The issue is observed if the plan was created with Always full scheduling schema, while the simple UI mode was enabled for the Cyber Protection console interface.
- [ABR-361097] It is possible to create backups with special characters in their names, but such backups are not accessible when saved on a network storage.
Solution: Do not use special characters in backup names, even though the application allows you to. - [ABR-365442] The backup validation completes successfully, but the validation status is incorrect or missing in backup sets with a large number of backups.
- [ABR-375627] Cloud-to-cloud backups of mailboxes and OneDrive instances fail with the backup agent error "Could not save BackupStatus: [Archive Server]: "
- [ARC-525] Cloud-to-Cloud backups of Microsoft 365 objects may fail with "[Archive Server]: net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)" or "Failed to read data from the backup. "msg": "failed to unmarshal collection data: invalid json: '': unexpected end of JSON input"" errors in rare cases.
Recovery
- [ABR-367677] Recovery tasks of OneDrive are processing very slowly.
Solution: See https://kb.acronis.com/content/72506. - [ABR-370018] Recovery tasks of OneDrive remain stuck at a certain percentage progress for a very long time.
