Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

  • [AMP-18700] Protection definitions are not purged during their update. As a result, the disk space used by the Cyber Protection agent is larger than usual.
  • [ABR-369345] Backups run later than scheduled, and some daily backups could be skipped.
  • [ABR-364447] Agent installation or uninstallation fails with an error related to driver packages: "UninstallDriverPackages failed with error 0x2" or "InstallDriverPackages failed with error 0x2."
  • [ABR-369378] Microsoft 365 backups fail with token-related errors. The logs contain multiple EOF errors.
  • [ABR-327806] Backup sets are not sorted correctly by name in Japanese language.
  • [PLTFRM-54509] File Sync & Share users cannot activate their accounts and log in to the Cyber Protect console.
  • [AFDC-1909] Local changes are not synchronized in the cloud when an AD user is used and the AD user does not have access to the domain controller or didn't have such access during system startup.
  • [ABR-368507] The error messages for failed backups with errors 500 and 502 from storage manager and account server indicate incorrect root causes for the failures.
  • [DRAAS-25352] Runbook activity details show errors even though the activity succeeded. An internal error occurs while setting up a protection plan with DR enabled.
  • [AMP-4580] The Cyber Protection agent is missing after updating Windows 10 workloads to Windows 10 20H2.
  • [ADP-29507] The Disk space widget under the Monitoring tab does not display any data.
  • [ABR-370238] Missing the "Recover as PST files" button to start the process of restoring the full mailbox in PST format.

Known issues

  • [ABR-369286] The following error appears if a partner administrator user clicks the Settings tab in the Cyber Protect Cloud console: "Cannot read properties of undefined {reading 'elm')". The Setting tab is visible for partner users while by design it should not be.
    • Solution: If you are logged in as a partner administrator in the Cyber Protect Cloud console, do not click Settings.
  • [ABR-368330] The update of Cyber Protection agent fails with the error "Folder C:\ProgramData\Acronis\ is created by non-administrator."
  • [ABR-367677] Recovery tasks of OneDrive remain stuck at 8% progress.
  • [ABR-366961] Incremental backups of OneDrive remain at 10% progress or take more time than full backups.
  • [ABR-365442] The backup validation completes successfully, but the validation status is incorrect or missing in backup sets with a large number of backups.
  • [ABR-361097] It is possible to create backups with special characters in their names, but such backups are not accessible when saved on a network storage.
    • Solution: Do not use special characters in backup names, even though the application allows you to.
