Management portal
- [ABR-138690] Changing a user email hangs on "Processing". Fixed after browser refresh
- [ABR-139323] Client list hangs when showing
- [ABR-139681] 7.0 UI is loaded instead of 7.5 because of cache
- [ABR-139872] Total cost for storage is counted for bytes rather than gigabytes in reports
- [ABR-140031] User has to log in twice to Management Console
- [ABR-140273] APIv1 creates Accounts with the 'Trial' parameter and requires pricing parameters
- [ABR-140305] Inactive users cannot be deleted via API
- [ABR-140427] Account Server does not accept "null" values over API v.1 for email notification settings

Backup service

- [ABR-140177] Backup of an UEFI machine with Windows Server 2016 after a failover succeeds with a warning. Recovery fails with the following error: "The disk configurations of the backed-up machine and the target machine differ"
- [ABR-108598] Browsing a folder in the backup console fails if some file name in this folder contains a control character
- [ABR-140018] Not all activities are displayed in the backup console for virtual machines that were moved (migrated) between nodes of a Hyper-V cluster
- [ABR-138534] Websites and website backup plans are shown for non-admin users created by admin
- [ABR-138612] Anytime you search for a device with parameter “number-hyphen-number,” it’s converting that directly to a date, and then searching for a device named with the date

Known issues
This section describes issues that are currently known and provides solutions to avoid the issues where possible.
Management portal
- [ABR-133896] The user's backup locations are sometimes not deleted from the backup console when the user is deleted
- [ABR-133697] The usage and quota numbers are visible before the End-User License Agreement (EULA) is accepted
- [ABR-133848] The storage usage statistics may differ from the backed-up data size after a backup to cloud
- Integration with Autotask PSA: 15-minutes synchronization interval for changes at the Group Mapping tab.
Backup service
- [ABR-142264] Agent update can be paused by Active Protection. To proceed, click "Ignore" and reboot your machine after the successful agent update
- [ABR-133758] An agent is sometimes not correctly re-registered to another account
- [ABR-132643] Agent for Windows is shown with the Agent for Linux icon in the list of installed agents
- [ABR-133780] A backup plan that is applied to several machines with the cloud storage destination cannot be revoked from one machine if the storage quota is exceeded
Disaster Recovery service
File Sync & Share service
- Launching the Files Cloud website from the Desktop Client shortcut menu does not log the user in
- Customizing SMTP settings does not work
- Purging from the Manage Quota section does not work
- Broken links to shares are sent to existing platform users who do not have Sync & Share roles: there is an extra “/fc” part in a link
- Downloading Desktop Client from the Clients page does not work
- Users from a tenant that had the Files Cloud service turned off and on cannot upload contents
- Logging out of the platform does not log users out of Files Cloud
