Overview

With this update, Acronis introduces improvements and addresses issues found in the previous releases.

Enhancements

  • Introduced a predefined server/data center address for desktop clients, to improve the onboarding experience of new users
  • Introduced Branding Inheritance from Acronis Cyber Cloud centralized settings

Note:

  • The current color scheme and logo in Acronis Cyber Files Cloud will be cached until the first update of the branding settings in the Management Portal.
  • The 'Audit log language' setting was moved to the 'Audit log settings' page and the 'Web UI customization' tab was removed.

Performance

  • Introduced folder size calculation improvements
  • Optimized logic for similar calls to increase sync speed

Fixed issues

  • [AFDC-1258] Fixed issue with using special characters in login field
  • [ASRV-7400] Files with 'One-time download' link are not available after download immediately
  • [ASRV-9775] Upload files larger than 1MB to S3 over HTTP

  • Added confirmation dialogue for disabling folder sync action to prevent accidental file deletion in local agents
  • Added option to copy folder sharing link to clipboard for better usability flow
  • Added option to copy file sharing link in a single click for better usability flow
  • Introduced mobile-friendly login & file download pages to simplify work with invites opened via mobile devices
  • Added link revocation timestamp to include the hour of revocation
  • Introduced new AWS S3 authorization to support additional AWS regions for file storage
  • Added support for Minio S3 storage

Performance

  • Introduced speed performance improvements for background jobs
  • Optimized sorting options in the audit log for faster events upload
  • Changed email notifications logic in case of failed emails

  • [AFDC-1190] Fixed issue about entering server address without https:// prefix for Windows client
